How To: Recover Photos using Easeus Photo Recovery
Easeus Photo Recovery is an easy to use and inexpensive software that can recover lost or deleted photos from hard drives and memory cards. This tutorial will show you how to recover your photos using this product.
Getting started
Download Photo Recovery and install it on the computer you will be using to recover the photos. The software uses a standard installer. If it downloads as a zip file. double-click on the zip file to open it and then double-click on the program inside to start the installer.
IMPORTANT: If your photos have been lost or deleted from your hard drive not install Photo Recovery (or any other recovery software) on the same drive. The software might overwrite the images, ruining your chances of recovering them. Install it on a different drive if possible, or take the drive containing the deleted photos and install it as a second drive on another computer on which Photo Recovery has been installed.
Preparation
If you are attempting to recover photos from a digital camera then be aware that like other data recovery software, Photo Recovery needs to access the memory card as a disk drive. If your camera does not appear in Windows Explorer as a disk drive - in other words, if it does not have a drive letter such as E: - then you may need to put the memory card into a USB card reader before you can access it using Photo Recovery.
Start Photo Recovery
Start Photo Recovery. If the photos were recently deleted then select Deleted Files Recovery.

Select the drive or memory card containing your photos and click Next.

Now wait while Photo Recovery scans the drive to locate deleted photos. When the scan is completed, a message is displayed advising you to try Complete File Recovery if the files you were hoping to recover are not found initially.

Complete Recovery
If you select the Complete Recovery option then Photo Recovery Wizard will scan the drive twice. The first time it will display the partition information found on the drive. A memory card will normally have only one FAT12 or FAT16 partition. Select this and click Next. Now Photo Recovery will scan the drive a second time and then build a folder tree containing the recovered images.

Recovering Deleted Files
The folder tree will mirror the folder hierarchy on the drive or memory card. Within these folders, the deleted photos will be shown as thumbnails, with their original filenames. If you used Complete Recovery then you will also see a folder named Raw Files. This will contain subfolders for each image file type found. The recovered photos will have sequentially numbered filenames.
Browse the folder tree to find the photos you want to recover. You can view a larger preview of any picture by selecting it and clicking File Preview.

Select the photos you wish to recover by clicking the check box beside each one. To select all the files in a folder tick the check box for that folder. Then click Next.

Now select a drive and folder to which the recovered files should be saved. This must not be the drive or memory card that the photos are being recovered from. Then click Next again.

Photo Recovery will now copy the pictures to the location you selected. Finally it will display a message to inform you that the recovery is complete!

That's all there is to it! Why not download Photo Recovery now and try it for yourself?
