How it works
- You purchase your tech help package by clicking the Buy Now button.
- You receive an email containing a link to the CrossLoop website.
- You click on the link to start a chat session with your tech helper.
- If you have not already installed CrossLoop your helper will talk you through the process.
- You start CrossLoop and give the helper your access code.
- Your helper connects to your PC and starts work on your problem.
- You can chat or ask questions while your helper is working. You may also be asked to do things like restart the computer.
The Quick Diagnosis package includes:
